This video was taken at the wonderful "La Festa Italiana" in Scranton, PA. The Italian Festival happens every year, and this year is on September 4th, 5th, and 6th. (Video was taken September 5th.)
Restraunts from around the area set up tents around the courthouse square, and Italian delicacies of all sorts are available. There are also musical performances, games for the children, and this year the National Guard has set up a mobile obsical course (featured in the video!).
"La Festa" is a must attend event in the Scranton Area, and a great time is had by all!
